1. Your parcel has left China:
2016-09-22 10:25
In Shanghai, left Shanghai for Los Angeles

2. Los Angeles inbound mail has not yet scan your parcel, if by Friday you don't see any movement of your parcel on the USPS site, then contact seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel.

3. He might be able to call China Post to find out what is going on with your parcel.

4. I don't see anything wrong with the tracking of your parcel, it's only maybe that Los Angeles Inbound mail has to many parcels to deal with.
