Hello, my item is saying delivered but I have not got anything. It says that it went to a completely different state. Please advise.

USPS website shows the parcel status as "NASHVILLE, TN 37211, Delivered, In/At Mailbox, Your item was delivered in or at the mailbox at 11:55 am on February 10, 2018 in NASHVILLE, TN 37211".

Check your mailbox first, if you can not find the item there. Go to your local USPS office and inquiry delivery detail.

Thank you for your International enquiry regarding the item LX072819537CN, you have been expecting from China. Please accept our apologies for the delay in replying to you.

We have completed our investigation and have been unable to locate this article since last tracking on 19 January 2018. That last tracking was an automated arrival scan at our international gateway and may not indicate physical arrival of the item into Australia.

We understand you have advised that you have not received this item, if the item has still not been received by you, and you have not already done so please refer this enquiry to the sender who will need to lodge an enquiry through their Postal Administration, as the sender is entitled for any compensation payable (International Post Guide 5.15.3)). Further enquiries should be directed towards the sender.
