Post Where is the package?

I sent a package to china, but the person who should receive it didn't receive anything even though in the tracking history it stands that it is already delivered.
What should i do?

Tracking number: RR181545357DE

2016-12-04 09:05:48.0 arrive 福州city 埔顶post dept. delivery office
2016-12-04 14:11:56.0 arrive 埔顶投递 delivery office
2016-12-04 14:13:44.0 埔顶投递 attempt delivery
2016-12-05 08:58:50.0 埔顶投递 attempt delivery
2016-12-05 11:00:00.0 埔顶投递 delivered

above tracking result shows your parcel was delivered on Dec 5. If you open dispute for refund from paypal or aliexpress, you can claim refund now.

I have similar issue. R041262237CN This package does not show a status for the past few days.

R041262237CN is invalid number. ask seller for correct number. if you just got the number, wait about one week and track again in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php
