Unfortunately no airline info is available at this moment. Once you get airline info, it means your parcel has got airline space and will arrive soon.

Item Presented to Customs

What does this mean?

It means the parcel arrived at a processing centre and was presented to customs for review. Items have to go through customs to cross international borders.
