Dear Sir/Madam,

I ordered a card shuffler from Superb Trade and when I got it, it was broken. They said they will send a new one through China Air Post Mail. I cannot get an tracking number from them. It was ordered from Ali Express. The only number I can give you is my order number 61031938402978. Can you help please.

order number is no use. You have to ask for tracking number.
