Hello, My name Harry
my tracking UP213768242CN. today 1/29/2019 it over 60 days parcel shipping and I don't get it. Please tell me know where is my parcel and when I get it. thank you.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=UP213768242CN shows the parcel arrived USA on Dec 12. Normally it should be delivered within 2 weeks after arriving USA.

You need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund.
