I have been waiting for my parcel for over a month now. Where is it and what is delaying it? Tracking Number EA281143696CN.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php says its has been in Xiamen city 湖里揽投部 delivered since 11 April 2018, why has it not moved?

EA281143696CN should have been returned. You need open dispute to seller for non-arrival parcel.
