1. You just need to escalate the dispute. When you escalate don't forget to mention that the parcel is block at Transit Bureau of Nanchang, export customs scan since the 11 Nov.

1. Where did you buy the article Ali Express or Amazon Etc...

2. In the other post you mention that the seller told you to wait 10 weeks for your parcel when you open a dispute. In Ali Express you need to escalate your dispute if you want your money. That is what I meant about Escalate the dispute.
