Hallo,

I have sand a parcel from Germany to China on 26th November and on 27th it was in Frankfurt export customs cleared. Then there is no Status any more. Tracking number is RT41608333DE.

Where is my parcel now? Please help me.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows no tracking result. it has not arrived china yet.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel arrived UK on Dec 5. you need contact Royal Mail and inquiry delivery detail.

But how long should I need to wait? It has been already one and a half month.

it might be lost. you should contact Germany Post and claim compensation.
