Hi, I ordered items from a seller on Ali express on June 23 2015, however I have not yet relieved it, we are desperately needing the order, we were promised express shipping however when we track our order it says it left beigein airport on the 14th of July.we have two tracking numbers, they are RF049378671CN and RF049378668CN. Can you please contact me as soon as possible as to where my parcel is and when I am likely to recieve it?

you should open dispute to aliexpress and claim refund.

I have done that and the seller won't budge, she won't give my money back.

you should escalate the dispute to aliexpress, no need talk to seller.
