The parcel was sent in September 2017, it is an RMA to Gearbest (sent back to China)

It was stuck since December, and it seems to be moving again. Could you please help me to understand what is it going there?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel failed delivery in China and was returned to Europe.
