Hi;

I have a problem about the whereabouts of my parcel.
When I track the package I see that it is in Baiyun, Guangzhou, China airport for the past 10 days. When is it going to be shipped to Turkey? Is it normal for an item to stay at the airport for 10 days? Or is it shipped and the system is not updated? But I can't see my item at Turkey's post office system either. Please let me know where is my item and how long it will take to reach to Turkey.

My tracking number is RD502613075CN

in this rush season, stuck for 2 to 4 weeks in airport is quite normal, you need some patient.

Yes, but when the seller posted the item it was Dec 3rd. And the arrival to Guangzhou Airline the date was Dec 8th. The rush season started just this week. What about the past 2 weeks?

At least please inform us about the state of our item and how long we should wait until it's approved as lost and we have to open a dispute to Aliexpress?? Thank you.

rush season starting from Nov. Many parcels were delayed since then. If you want, you can open dispute to aliexpress.

No. I think I'll wait for another 2 weeks. Afterall it's not the seller's fault obviously, it's because of the rush season. Thanks anyway.
