Hi, I placed an order at the end of November but it hasn't arrived yet and the latest update was made on 4 December. Did it leave China now? It is not on the site of Italian Post, so I'm worried.
Where is it now? Could I know when the parcel arrive in Italy?

The tracking no is: 44478274175

Then, another info.

Is the movement of this parcel normal? Why it come back to Shanghai and to Suzhou? Is it normal?

RK374426160CN was returned, you can not get it.

44478274175 is china post ordinary parcel, arrival time very inaccurate. if you can not get it in 50 days, it is very possible to be lost.

if you purchased from ebay/aliexpress, you should open dispute and claim refund.

unfortunately china post does not record the reason into database, so you can not get the answer.
