I placed an order with you on February 10, 2019, on February 18, 2019, I received an email that its on the way.....and here I sit, still waiting to receive it.
When I try to track the order it's in Chinese so I don't know what the hell it says.
Please respond with a date that my package will arrive.

you might be scammed by seller. Open dispute to paypal/aliexpress against fraud.
