Could you tell me what's happened to RY460553890CN? My customer just complained that she hasn't received the package. It's been more than 2 months!

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel arrived Mexico on jan 29. It should have some problem.

You can contact Correos mexico and see if they can find the parcel for you. If they can not, then it should be lost. You need open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.
