I ordered a keychain personalized from August Roads on January 16 and got an update that it had been shipped and in transit on December 25th. I haven’t had an update since. Where is it? Tracking number is LT138138430CN

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LT138138430CN shows the parcel was shipped in Dec 25, normally such parcel should arrive in 2 to 4 weeks. your parcel might be lost.

I suggest you wait one more week, if you can not get it by Feb 15, open dispute for lost parcel refund.
