Hello my package has been at customs since the first of December. Could you please let me know how long it will be. Tracking number: LM298562357CN

http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LM298562357CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Wuhan office to Australia on Dec 1.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Australia Post system(possibly airline warehouse in Wuhan ,China or customs warehouse in Australia ). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until Australia Post gets the parcel from customs. Then Australia Post website will show its new status with Australia location.

Everything looks normal. Please wait some more days.
