On Dec 6. The status of my order changed to delivered, but I never got any package or notification. The tracking is LM294074433CN I'm very confused.. did I get scammed?

Germany Post (DHL paket) website shows the parcel LM294074433CN has been successfully delivered.
You need contact Germany Post for delivery detail.
