Where is my package LC807642893US. I do not understand why this is so complicated. It has a tracking number and should be found. I’ve called and talked to at least 7 different people all of whom tell me something different. I called the hotline and it also says something different.

LC807642893US is USPS 1st class mail. China Post is responsible for delivery but will not scan such parcel. So you can not know its status in China. You can not even know if it has arrived China.

China Post tracking says it’s in china and has went through customs but it has been a month so what is taking so long?

you can ask receiver call China Post hot line 11185 and inquiry detail.

I already did that and they don’t know anything. I am the receiver. They tried to tell me that my tracking number isn’t a tracking number. I’ve talked to so many different people and everyone saying something different. Is there anything else I can do?
