your seller applied a tracking number from singapore post, but parcel has not been shipped from Singapore post yet. You can wait about 2 weeks and track it again in Singapore Post website. if you still get same result, you should open dispute against fraud shipment.

But i am staying in Singapore, what does that mean?

RB352155385SG is invalid number. you should be cautious of fraud.
