1. Yes at the main Post Office in the back room they have some pigeon-hole or even mail box at the Post Office they call that pigeon-hole.

pigeon-hole:
a small compartment, open at the front and forming part of a set, where letters or messages may be left for individuals.

1. Please do me a favor and phone the Swiss Post about your parcel, this is the only way you will find out where exactly is you parcel.

2. Or even go to the nearest Post Office and ask them to look on the computer for your parcel.
