I had two packages from Germany to Nanjing China, however, it has not been received for one month? How can I find this package?

I am looking for package RK444999697CN it hasn't updated in nearly 2 weeks the status says Nanjing exported to open for a long time, any idea where it is please ?

the parcel is still in Nanjing airport. You might need another 2 to 3 weeks.

1. According to MTY tracking your parcel has arrive in your country and was given to the local Post Office.
You can track it here:

2. I suspect it will have to go through the Customs Office in your country before it's given back to the Postal Office for delivery.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was returned from Dubai to China. Maybe your seller did not print p.o box in address. U.A.E post will reject any parcel without p.o box number.

My package is stuck at beijing transit station import customs cleared - for 2 weeks, waiting from release form. why does it take so long ?

My parcel from South-Africa sent via Airmail to Fuchou is stuck at Beijing Transit Station Import customs cleared (domestic parcel). What is going on ?
