http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php shows the parcel just arrived DUBAI. you should go to Dubai Post office and pickup the parcel.

I have been waiting since January 22 2016 for order RI840224312CN,has been sitting in guangzhou since the 28-1-16.I Need to make a complaint to postal but don't know how. This is ridiculous

Good morning , if they are so kind to help me track a package sent from US to China with the following tracking number : LC304622675US . has already spent considerable time since the USPS website shows that is on its way from January 17, 2016. thank you very much appreciate your help

LC304622675US is usps 1st class mail. you can not track it in china. read this article http://track-chinapost.com/?p=805
