Hello,

For almost a week my package say's it's export security scan.
Can anyone tell me why it's taking so long to get trough the security scan?

I've orderd a babysuit (clothing) for my baby daughter.

My package number is >> RO039366356CN

now is rush season. parcel processing is very slow. you might need wait another 2 to 4 weeks.

My package was supposed to be the 10th. You sai If it was running late because of the holidays you should have said that since it was for a Christmas
I would appreciate an answer right away. I have already written 4 times with no response.

Hello all. Last status update of parcel - "2015-11-26 20:48:14.0 leaving Beijing Airport going to next airport/seaport". Could you please tell me how long should it take to deliver package to Spain. Thanks. RI727467555CN . Thanks. Fede.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel left Beijing,China on Nov 26. Normally it will keep travel another 2 to 4 week before arriving Spain. You should get it by Xmas time.

A month later and still no changes. It's still in export security scan.

Hi! I need help for 16 days now my parcel is still in aukland nz ,why it takes long time there? And if I track in the nz post no record is found! Please I need an assistance regarding this matter!tracking number is RI797263810CN

Where is mine? Why is it taking forever to get back to Spain? It's been a month and some days now since they sent it back. What's going on? RF060251235ES
