However, the seller tells me that my Package is out of China and is on its way to US.

I do not understand what is happening.

Trying to locate my package and see when it will arrive in the US or to see if this is even a valid tracking number.

track it in http://track-chinapost.com/track_chinapost.php, if it shows invalid number, it means seller did not ship anything to you.

@Kwinder27 Your tracking id seems legit and its last known status is "2015-08-30 15:19
Exchange Bureau in Guangzhou, have been exported directly"

It's in transit. In all probability, should reach USA in a week or two (just my guess).
