My package I have ordered is stuck in Guangzhou and has been there for now more than 4 weeks? When will it arrive to the USA? Below is the tracking information.

Your parcel left Guangzhou for the USA on 19 Dec. Its status can't be updated again until it arrives in the USA, clears customs, and is scanned by USPS.

How long will China Post parcel arrive my country? How long will my tracking status be updated?

ePackets sent around mid-Dec seem to be taking 20-30 days to show up in the US; your tracking should update any day now.
