My order of RV954063927CN is in the AIRPORT DEPARTURE status since 10 days ago. Is it normal or I should open a dispute?

In my experience of online order from China, its only take to 5 days to arrive in my country. Why does it takes so long? And when will it arrive?

I don't think now you need open dispute to seller.

RV954063927CN was sent to airline on Jul 5.

China Post will lost control of the parcel after sent to airline. so there will be no update anymore after sent to airline date.

After sent to airline, parcel will travel another 2 to 8 weeks to reach Indonesia. Once the parcel arrives Indonesia, Indonesia Post tracking webpage will show local location status.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
