It shows "deliver to airlines" since august! and the status doesnt change from 2 months ago. where is it? thanks!

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RP004464622CN shows the parcel was sent to airline on Aug 10. Normally parcel will take 6 to 12 weeks to reach Peru. Your parcel is still in normal time frame.

If your buyer protection is expiring, please open dispute to aliexpress. Otherwise keep waiting.
