Hello can you help me with this parcel please, it has not updated for 16 days. I have never experienced this before and I'm worried its lost. Please help. LZ512338837CN

LZ512338837CN was stuck in original post office since Dec 5. You need ask shipper to contact his local post office and try to find this parcel. If you can not get update by next week, you need open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.
