My package was shipped on Dec. 22 and left shanghai on the 23rd. I it has not been updated since. Can you help me find out what's going on. I tracking number is LS409446581CN

your parcel is outside china, but it has not arrived USA yet. based on my experience, you should get it by Jan 10. you can wait one more week and track again in http://track-chinapost.com/startusa.php
