i ordered a item from china, and it set off on the 12th April, and left china for the UK on the 15th, it has no been 7 days, and i still have no update telling me its in the UK, i payed for EMS which is supposed to be fast, so what is going on? surly in 7days a plane can get from china to UK. i asked the seller for a refund, and he keeps telling me wait another week. if anyone can help me on this problem, and could give me there opinion on whats going on, it would be very appreciated,

It hasn't even left China yet, it left the parcel center which means you have to wait a couple days for it to ship to your country

Im pretty sure its left China, as it says on 17track that it left china. it says...
