RB900720727CN is last year parcel. if you have not got it, it should be lost.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php will show the location and status of the parcel. however, after the parcel arrives India , the parcel might still show in china if the parcel has not passed import customs clearance in India airport.

Hi,

RD405562817CN

Its almost 30 days now and the product status still states that its in Export Customs Scan (Beijing) since 28th July 2014.till when it'll be in custom scan. Does it takes 10 days to pass customs scan.

there was some airline shortage since last month, you need some more patient.
