Post Where is my letter?

Hello, I suppose to receive an important letter with documents, but letter is already more then 10 days in some place, where all parcel get sorted. And I am worry. So much time passed and there is still letter didn't came. I am afraid that it was lost. My diploma is inside of it. Please tell me where is my letter? Tracking number is RF040521490UA.

RF040521490UA arrived China Post in Changsha on May 15. You need call China Post hotline 11185 and try to pickup the parcel from China Post changsha office.

Hotline is telling that they don't know where is my letter. How can I get my documents?

If 11185 can not find you, you need go to China Post Changsha international parcel office in person. The China Post Changsha international office is in the right side of Changsha railway station(traditional train station, not high speed train station).

11185 is the only phone number to contact China Post Changsha office. If you can not get useful information from 11185, you need go to there in person and talk to their manager.

I don't understand. You told me that letter came to Changsha by 15 may. Then why the status of letter is that from 15 may it is in the sorting center?

If parcel arrived Changsha office, normally it should be delivered in 2 to 3 days. Your parcel seems to have some delivery problem. But we are not sure what is the problem, that is why I suggest you go to China Post Changsha international parcel office near railway station and talk to their manager in person.

You can tell them that your letter is very important and They can go to the sorting warehouse and figure out where the parcel is and how come it is not updated in computer system.

In future, do not use register airmail like RF040521490UA to send important documents or item to China. Register mail is difficult to check if it has any delivery problem. Use expensive service like EMS or DHL are much more reliable.

Scusa se mi intrometto,ma vedo nella discussione di usare Ems. Anch'io sto aspettando ordini da Ems,ma è passato più di un mese in un ordine.Non posso aprire disputa e vorrei riceverlo.Cosa devo fare?Quando tempo occorre ancora?
