I purchased online on 20/11/16 with an eparcel package that was meant to take 13-20 days to Australia. Last update was in China on the 24/11/16. Nothing since. Australai post confirmed it never arrived in Australia. I have contacted the seller over 10 times asking her to lodge an inquiry with her post office. She refused. Claimed its stuck in Australian customs. Australian customs confirmed they have never touched it.

How the hell do I find my eparcel?!cant figure out how to contact China post to lodge an inquiry. I think it's still in China.

2. Your parcel is On Route/In Transit to your country Australia. Now it's up to Australia Post in Sidney to scan the parcel on arrival or when they have time to do it.

3. You need to be patient every Post Office in the World are very busy right now. If you feel that your parcel is lost or misplace, then just open a dispute with the seller.

4. Just continue to track your parcel on the Australia Post site for any new movement.

5. You could if you want call China Post EMS 11183 for your parcel, but it will be expensive to you and possibly you will not get the answer you would like. Only the seller can start an inquiry about your parcel on China Post EMS.

6. I know this is not what you wanted to read but it's the Holiday Season and mail is slow everywhere in the World.

1. No I don' work for China Post.

2. Since there is no flight number attach to your parcel you and I can not be sure of anything. We can only assume the parcel has departed from China and is On Route/In Transit to Australia.

3. When you talk to Australia Customs, how can they find your parcel if Australia Post did not scan your parcel? Australia Post need to scan every incoming Inbound parcels to Australia and then after give it to Australia Customs for clearance. That the way it's suppose to go.

4. Now maybe your parcel is lost or misplace, China Post EMS need to find the parcel for you and the only person that can make that happen is the seller. Seller need to contact China Post EMS and ask them to find out the parcel.

5. As for Ali Express saying the parcel is bound for UK, that I don't understand but this might be the reason:
They are using Global tracking which is saying the parcel destination is UK. All other tacking I have done are giving me Australia.

6. Sorry for the long explanation. Hope you get your money back on your dispute.
