Post where are the packs?

hi, i don't have information about my parcels since 29/11. when i put the tracking number on the site, it gives me this information:
international parcel shipping center received

the packages weren't sent or were sent but doesn't give me information about it?

these are the tracking number:

your parcel is china post ordinary mail. "international parcel shipping center received" is the only information you will see. China Post does not update ordinary mail status after 1st scan.

you can only know shipping date, but can not track transit and delivery status.
