Hello,

I have 3 packages with no status update for days. Could you please check the estimated arrival date? I have ordered all these things in advance, with the calculated expected delivery duration, all of them should arrive by Feb 15th latest. This date is critical for me. Thank you!

Packages:
1) Parcel#RX413234773CN - shipped on 2019-01-27 20:14, Last Update 2019-02-01 18:27:48 with status "sent to airline"
2) Parcel#RX413234291CN - shipped on 2019-01-27 20:14, Last Update 2019-02-01 18:27:48 with status "sent to airline"
3) Parcel#RM993236730CN - shipped on 2019-01-31 11:04, Last Update 2019-02-02 22:52:00 with status "sent to airline"

China Post will lost control of the parcel after sent to airline. so there will be no update anymore after sent to airline date.

Sent to airline does not mean you will get the parcel very soon. It will keep waiting 5 to 10 days in airline warehouse waiting flight space and another 1 to 4 weeks import customs processing in destination country(speed depending on country). The status will stuck at "sent to airline" during this 2 to 8 weeks period.

Once it passes import customs clearance, Russia Post will scan and update its new location for China Post database and you will see new status.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
