Should’ve arrived by Thursday and tracking says it’s been stuck in customs for 5 days?

Please update me. I needed it for today. I paid $30 for fast shipping.

Canada Post website shows LL277363775CN just arrived MISSISSAUGA,ON, Item in transit. If you are in Toronto area, you will get it in next 2 days.

How come it's late though? I paid a lot of money for fast shipping! How do i go about getting compensation? I really needed it today :(

frankly speaking your parcel is really fast. Your seller shipped the parcel on May 10 and now it has arrived Mississauga,Ontario. Normal parcel can take 2 months from China to Canada.

so why did amazon guarantee me a May 16th arrival date?
