Post When will my package arrive?

I ordered a laptop from eBay from a person who goes by lucklazuli. He sent it to China post on April 18,2015 and it departed the Guangzhou airport on April 20, 2015. It is now April 23, 2015 and the website hasn't updated yet and still says left Guangzhou airport. On eBay it said the estimated delivery date was April 21-24. The tracking number is: RI430003465CN and I live in USA.

laptop is not allowed by china post. I don't know why your seller use airmail to ship the goods. you can not get the parcel. open dispute to ebay.

Is there a way to see how much a parcel weighs?

if parcel has no problem to pass security check, it will arrive USA in about 2 to 4 weeks.

Hello! My tracking numbers are RC185420485CN and RC185420471CN, status sent to Shanghai Transit Station Customs Scan on 15-Mar-2015, should i get worried about it? It should be in Croatia by this time, usually it does. can you please tell me where it is? Is it stuck somewhere? Waiting for help. Thank you!

What is the process to check packages when going through customs? Because I hope I really get a laptop but when you said that you guys don't accept laptops, I lost my hope. But why don't you guys accept laptops?

laptop has battery inside which caused some fire accident in the past. As China Post parcel goes with passenger plane not cargo plane. Battery will cause serious threaten to passenger's life. China Post has banned battery item since 2014, if your battery is detected by safety officer, the parcel will be rejected or even destroyed. The parcel status will become frozen forever.

I checked online and it takes about 16 hours to arrive to New York. Then why does it take so long to ship here? I even tried to track in destination country and my parcel won't even show up.
