Post When will I receive my package?

Hello,
Almost three months ago I orderd a package (10kg) and it got send with Sal. The tracking number is CP387819369CN. I know that this is a surface mail and can take up to 6 months but is it normal that it doesn't update. I live in Germany btw..

I hope someone can help me

CP387819369CN is a SAL surface parcel which goes through sea and is extremely slow. You might need wait half year to get such parcel in Germany. There would be no update after parcel left China.

CP387819369CN just arrived Germany. You need go to your local post office to pickup the parcel asap.
