My package number is CT556485003CN.It should be in Hong Kong. However,I cannot seem to understand why it hasn't been delivered to me yet.The tracjing number to hong kong post hasnt been updaded so i am not able to track through.Please help !!

CT556485003CN is not delivery through Hong Kong Post. it is directly handled by China Post EMS Hong Kong branch (ZKM).

your parcel has arrived Hong kong but failed delivery. Please call China Post ZKM hotline in Hong Kong +852 27079431 and arrange pickup.
