Its about month I have not received my parcel yet

1. I have track your parcel on different sites and there is nothing wrong with it. I suspect the culprit is:
Air KOLKATA AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE

2. They have not scan your parcel yet so no tracking or movement of your parcel is available. May I suggest you read this for your country India:

3. Your parcel is fine, you need to be patient and continue to track your parcel on the India Post Site for any new movement of your parcel.
