My friend bought a cell phone and sent that from China post .
I have received it after 6 months and the cell phone she bought and sent me is not the same . so what should i do now ? where should i complaint about it ? Now she is back to her country and i am back to mine so whats the possible way to solve this issue ?

if you paid to ebay/aliexpress, you can open dispute for "item not as described" reason and claim compensation.

She didn't buy it from ebay/aliexpress . Bought directly from shop and sent me . it has been changed on its way to my country . so what should i do ?
