Hello, maybe someone can help me with information...
What means this 查无结果 in my trackings? EA418843113CN and EA419130652CN.
I don't understand why it has 3 days later than today?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows EA418843113CN was shipped on Mar 1st. EA419130652CN was shipped on Mar 27.

Normally such ems parcel will arrive Colombia in 2 to 4 weeks. If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.

Hi again, one parcel already arrived, but the first not yet "EA418843113CN" Maybe do you think that will never get arrive? Thank you

EA418843113CN might be lost. You need open dispute to seller for refund.
