Post What is wrong with PostNL its not updating for 11 days now

I am worried about my packages, 1 has been sent to country of destination for 9 days now, while the other 2 has been pre adviced for 9 days now. Can anyone explain what is going on in China? Why are they delays, in PostNL? The same period I used Singapore post and all my items has arrived my country Nigeria.
These are the tracking number for the 3 PostNL packages,

RS662296284NL

Some China Post seller use Netherlands Post to ship battery items. Those parcel will travel from China to Netherlands first(this will take about 2 weeks), then transit from Netherlands to other countries. You can not see new status before it arrives Netherlands.
