I placed an order almost a month ago for a portable air conditioner (Tracking number LW923961227CN) and now the tracking says it was successfully delivered to New York when it needed to be delivered to Chicago. Was I given a wrong tracking number or was the package delivered to the wrong place? I need this issue resolved immediately or I will be demanding a refund.This has been the worst experience of online ordering I have ever experienced and by reading your forums this company needs restructuring from top to bottom.

usps.com shows LW923961227CN was delivered in or at the mailbox at 12:05 pm on August 20, 2019 in BINGHAMTON, NY 13905.

If you are not in New York, obviously your seller printed wrong address in the parcel. You need open dispute to PayPal/Ali Express for refund.
