Post What happened to my parcel?

I send a parcel back to seller on 20 Aug 2016. Tracking number is RC683814055SG. It reached Guangzhou post office on 24 Aug. It's since not been updated when I tracked it. Seller claim they did not received it. Are they telling the truth? Anyway I can find out from China post?

2. According to the site, the parcel is ready to be pick up by the seller since the 24 Aug. Now I don't know if the seller when they call China Post Hot Line: 11185, if China Post will deliver the parcel or if the seller need to go and pick it up.
