Hi Guys,

I live in India and I placed 2 orders from aliexpress last month.

When i track these shipments it says 'Export Custom scan' (Location- Beijing) and few days later 'Sent to airline' (Location- Beijing) and then 5 days later again it says 'Export Custom Scan' (Location- Beijing).

What does this mean!??? Has my parcel been returned to china from india?

Please help! :(

normally this means the parcel was returned by airline. two possible reasons:
1)airline has shortage of space
2)the parcel has something not allowed for safety reason(for example ,battery item).

Even I have ordered 2 packages via aliexpress to India.. Shipment started on 5th.. Not yet received.. It's all held in Beijing.. It's all clothes only.. So no way of getting rejected..

Anikitha your order RI087213718CN was arrived to india.....your parcel in transits to Mumbai customs Now. may be you can get the parcel in 10 days.....

And another one RI014189010CN was rejected from airlines,Due to some reasons..out of space in flight..
can you wait another 7 days.....

Hello sir i ordered Headphone (with out battery) for my personal usage the tracking number is RB232262025CN.I seen the status "Sent to airlines" on 23/7/2014 but unfortunately it was returns to custom scan and export scan.Why happening like this?Please reply me sir......

I have a parcel that says Sent to Airline since 27 August and no movement since !
All else seems ok. 21 st it was mailed, 23 rd, passed scan, and on 27 th Sent to Airline.. Nothing since.. Has it left ???

sent to airline is the last status in china. after this status, you need to wait another 2 to 4 weeks to get the goods. status will not change during this time.

hello my parcel was sent to airline on the 17 oct 2014 then sent back to Export Customs Scan in Guangzhou on the 18 oct 2014 since then there is no update its more than 3 weeks since no update can you please check thank you

it might be lost. wait 2 more weeks, if no arrive, open dispute and claim refund.
