Hello there! I have an order which I placed around 15th of April and ever since 20th of April it's stuck in "On route to Shanghai International" I am worried it could be lost or something. I would understand if it was inside a facility, but it's on it's way for over a month. What is going on? The tracking number is US483688317CN

US483688317CN was shipped on April 20 from China to Bulgaria.

this kind of parcel starting with U is china post ordinary parcel. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
