Hello,

I've been waiting for a packet from China to Thailand for two weeks. When I ordered last time from the same seller, same shipping, it took only 9 days. The tracking information doesn't make any sense. It keeps on repeating "arrive export exchange", "loading completed" over and over and then "shipped by airline" and "airline departed". I've had orders sent by you that never arrived, so I'm starting to worry a little bit. The tracking number is LA302366081CN.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LA302366081CN shows the number was sent to airline on Mar 24.
China Post will lost control of the parcel after sent to airline. so there will be no update anymore after sent to airline date.

Sent to airline does not mean you will get the parcel very soon. It will keep waiting 5 to 10 days in airline warehouse waiting flight space and another 1 to 4 weeks import customs processing in destination country(speed depending on country). The status will stuck at "sent to airline" during this 2 to 6 weeks period.

Once it passes import customs clearance, Thai Post will scan and update its new location for China Post database and you will see new status.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.

I ordered from the same seller last time, same shipping method (LA302265661CN). After "shipped by airline" it "arrived at destination country" the next day. There WAS tracking information after the package left China. 3 days later I had the package.
This time there's no update. It was "shipped by air" and then nothing... I think there's something wrong. Or was I just lucky last time?
