Your parcel left China for Italy on Dec 25. I'm not sure how quickly packages are making it to Italy nowadays, it might be another two weeks.

I have the same issue , and litteraly I paid for the express service which is not really express at all.
Plus 0 update on the status, its just so weird.
Maybe you will provide me a better answer , this is the tracking number : EA366572761CN

Can you at least tell me if it left CHINA. I hope they send them by airplane, its a super light packqge of 200GR ... come on

yeah, it's the same... my pakage left china on 25th december. now I don't know where is it.
Is it a fake tracking number?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was sent to airline on Dec 25. It is REAL number.

Your parcel is still waiting for airline space in China. Normally it will take 2 to 6 weeks for such register mail to catch flight to Italy.

I wait a lot of time - this was my Christmas present!
